Our mission

Proxy pricing is notoriously hard to compare. Providers advertise different units - per GB, per IP, per port, per month - with starting prices that rarely reflect what you actually pay. ProxyPlox fixes that: you tell us your real monthly usage, and we estimate the true cost of every provider for your workload, side by side.

How we collect data

Provider pricing, network details, and features are collected automatically from public provider websites and refreshed on a regular schedule. Third-party ratings are aggregated from Trustpilot, G2, and Capterra. Because pricing changes often, every estimate is a guide - always confirm the latest price on the provider's own site before purchasing.

How we rank providers

Every provider is scored with the same published formula. The weighting is:

• Price for your usage (38%) - we simulate buying each plan for the exact usage you enter, including bundle math, minimum tiers, and active promo codes.
• Reliability & support (22%) - listed success rates, response times, support channels, and certifications such as SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Third-party reviews (18%) - aggregated independent ratings, never our own opinions.
• Plan & network fit (22%) - how closely a plan matches your usage without overbuying, plus pool size, coverage, and targeting.
